1. Product Information & Authenticity
- All jewelry is made of 925 Sterling Silver, unless mentioned otherwise.
- Slight variations in weight, design, or polish may occur as each product is unique.
- Product images are for reference actual products may differ due to lighting or screen resolution.
2. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except COD).
- Cancellations before dispatch will follow our Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing error, or payment issues.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- PAN India shipping available.
- Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days (varies by location).
- Delays by courier/logistics partners are beyond our control.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Accepted only as per our Return & Exchange policy.
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after quality check.
- Customized/Personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or refund.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available on select pin codes & order value limits.
- Refusal of COD delivery may lead to denial of future COD orders.
6. Pricing & Offers
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Discounts, coupons and offers cannot be combined unless specified.
- 925Gram may modify or withdraw offers without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
- All website content (designs, images, logos, text, videos) is property of 925Gram.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for courier delays, damages, or unforeseen issues.
- Jewelry must be used/stored as per care instructions we are not responsible for misuse damages.
9. Privacy & Data Security
- Customer data is collected only for processing orders & communication.
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data except with logistics/payment partners.
10. Governing Law
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India courts.
