Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

When can I return?
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To make the process smooth please follow the steps below.
Refund process
Once your return is approved after pickup and quality check, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days per RBI guidelines.
Prepaid orders
Refund will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Netbanking, Wallet).
COD orders
Refunds for COD will be transferred to the UPI or bank account you provide.
Note: COD shipping charges arno-refundable.
Non-refundable items
- Damage caused by misuse, wear & tear or returned in a non-original condition.
- Custom-made/Personalized items, coins, idols, utensils, Rakhi (unless faulty on arrival).
- Coins, idols and Rakhi are eligible only for replacement if received damaged (no refund).
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for size issues (rings, anklets) or if you choose another product of equal or higher value.
- Raise exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers bear two-way shipping for exchanges unless the product was defective.
- Products must be unused, in original condition & packaging.

Go to the "Return & Exchange" section on our website and complete the form with order ID, issue, and images (min. 3). Or message our WhatsApp support with the same details.
