1 Orders & Shipping

Information about how you place an order, processing time and shipping details.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation. Delivery time is typically 3–7 working days, depending on your location and the courier service. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the website banner). For orders below this amount, a small shipping fee is applied at checkout and clearly shown before you make the payment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email / SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details. You can also find the tracking link under My Account > Orders after logging in to your 925Gram account.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Please contact our support team with your order ID as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we can no longer modify the address.
2 Returns & Exchange

What is your return & exchange policy?
We offer a simple return/exchange policy on most products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
  • Unused and in its original condition
  • With all tags, certificates and packaging intact
  • Not a final sale / personalized / customized product

How do I place a return or exchange request?
You can generate a return or exchange request by filling out the Return/Exchange Form available in the website footer. Just enter your Order ID and the reason for return/exchange. After you submit the form and your request is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable) or provide instructions for sending the product back
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your choice.
Are earrings and piercings eligible for return?
For hygiene and safety reasons, some earrings and piercing products may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the information mentioned on the individual product pages.
3 Payments

Questions related to payment methods, failures and refunds.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking and supported wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected pin codes and for eligible order values.
My payment failed but the amount was debited. What should I do?
In most cases, the amount is automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 working days. If you do not receive the refund within this time, please contact us with the transaction reference number and we’ll assist you further.
Is online payment secure on your website?
Yes, we use trusted payment gateways with industry-standard encryption. Your card details are processed securely and are not stored on our servers.

Are your products made of genuine 92.5 sterling silver?
Yes, our silver jewelry is crafted with 92.5 hallmarked sterling silver. Many products also come with additional certifications/hallmarks as mentioned on the product page.
Will my silver jewelry tarnish?
All sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time. To keep your pieces shiny:
  • Store them in a dry, airtight box or zip pouch
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair spray and water
  • Gently wipe with a soft microfiber or silver polishing cloth after use
How do I find my ring / bracelet size?
You can refer to our Size Guide available on relevant product pages. If you are unsure, choose the nearest standard size and our support team can guide you further.
Do stones and plating come with any warranty?
Normal wear and tear over time is expected for plated jewelry and stones. However, if you face any manufacturing issue within the warranty period mentioned on the product page, please reach out to us with photos and order details.

Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, our 92.5 sterling silver products come with appropriate hallmark / authenticity markings. The exact details are mentioned on each product page.
Is gift packaging available?
Most orders are shipped in premium branded boxes suitable for gifting. You can also add a gift note at checkout (if available) or contact our team for special requests.
