Accepted Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, American Express)
  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, etc.)
  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Mobile Wallets (Paytm Wallet, PhonePe Wallet, Amazon Pay, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on select orders within India.

All payments are processed through trusted, PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay/PayU).

Currency
  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
  • International customers may incur conversion charges as per their bank/issuer.

Order Confirmation & Processing
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
  • In case of payment failure, orders will not be processed.
  • Failed transactions (if debited) are refunded by your bank within 5–7 days.
  • You will receive order confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp once payment succeeds.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD available on eligible orders depending on pin code.
  • Additional COD charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
  • Customers must pay in full at the time of delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled.

Payment Security
  • Website uses SSL encryption for secure transactions.
  • We never store card details, UPI PIN, or CVV on our servers.
  • All payment data is securely handled by gateways (Razorpay/PayU).

Failed / Delayed Transactions
  • If your bank debits but order fails, refund is usually auto-processed in 5–7 days.
  • If refund is delayed, please contact your bank and also inform us at 925gram@gmail.com.

Refunds & Cancellations
  • Refunds are always made to the original payment method.
  • Prepaid Orders: 5–7 business days (depending on bank).
  • COD Orders: Refunds via Bank Transfer/UPI (details collected from you).

Fraud & Verification
  • We may verify customer details before processing high-value orders.
  • Suspicious/fraudulent transactions may be cancelled without notice.
